Chennai, June 8 :: There were total 22 People including 5 Women were burnt to death in the Accident of Bus. Tamilnadu Bus fell into a pit and the bus diesel tank got fire in the accident. The death reported by Police on Wednesday.
Out of all the passenger of the bus the Driver and One More Person had escape from the accident.
KPN Bus have tried to avoid hitting another vehicle and got crashed in pit near Vellore Disctrict on tuesday night.
Karthikai Rajam - the surviving person of the bus said - "He escaped by breaking up the window but couldn't save her wife smitha. The bodies of the dead passenger have been taken to a hospital in Wallajan for post mortem.
Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa Wednesday announced a compensation of Rs.100,000 to the families of the dead and Rs.50,000 to the injured in the accident.
Jayalalithaa said in the assembly that she had told Transport Minister V. Senthil Balaji, Health Minister V.S. Vijay and the minister for backward classes and environment to reach the accident spot.
